mirazozo

We tried to go to Mirazozo once before. And here's a little video (taken with my camera phone--so it ain't the best quality) of our first attempt.

We ultimately decided to go check out Festival First Night and came back to wait in line a week later. It doesn't look like much from the outside.

We took off our shoes, and put them into little cubby holes. Then, we entered the air lock (the picture above is what it looks like from the outside).

We were told that the entire "structure" is handmade of some sort of flexible plastic. And that there is only natural light in the rooms. These pictures are a bit deceiving, because the walls are gray color--but there are strips of plastic that are colored.

There were maybe five different rooms, connected by tunnels, which had mini-pods/resting areas.

(The bright yellow strip in the picture is actually red--and the walls are gray.)

It's a bit like being inside a super-enormous-giant balloon. Air was blowing into the structure--but not very strongly.

It seemed weird to us that the balloon stayed inflated the whole time--and the walls were relatively firm. When you entered the Green Room, and looked up, this is what you see.

Remember, these aren't lights. These are "illuminated seams".

We also saw the Tree Room.

But the room we hung out in the longest, was the Center Room. Everyone else liked it too--probably because it was the chilliest room.

Definitely a cool place to hang out.

Si, no mas te das un rol por adentro. Y te acuestas en un pod a que te de airecito y tirar flojera mientras que afuera la raza se rostiza.

Cuando entramos por primera vez parecia que habias entrado al grid de Tron. :)
