From the Bookshelf: You Are Not So Smart

A learned about this book in a blog from a software tester. It has a ridiculous long title: It is You Are Not So Smart: Why You Have Too Many Friends on Facebook, Why Your Memory Is Mostly Fiction, and 46 Other Ways You're Deluding Yourself, by David McRaney, and it is about mental biases and fallacies.

Chapters are very small, perfect for commutes, and each tackles a mental bias (like Confirmation Bias, Hindsight Bias, etc.) and uses past research to have something else than the authors words and common sense. Some of the studies sound a bit suspect, but never the less you can expect a couple of eye openers.

Need to pick something lighter next, I think it is time to go back to the world of NAVSA.
