It is perhaps surprising that me, the Captain, is responsible for food on our ship. Petty Officer First Class Big-Kaiju claims that she is only responsible for battle tactics and Seaman Little-Kaiju says that she is responsible for destroying things. So the chow falls on me.
Well, today I was in the galley cooking a delicious Spaghetti en Chile Morron, I placed the pasta in the boiling water and proceeded to cut the onions. I forgot to set the timer and forgot about it... needless to say the pasta was NOT 'al-dente' it was a mush of edible play dough.
There was little complaints from the crew, perhaps they were being kind. Little-Kaiju threw it on the floor, but by now that is common behavior from our berserker.
